Mitsu In Corporation designs and manufactures orthopaedic supports under the Mitsu and Mitsu Care brands. The range runs from light seamless compression sleeves through adjustable binders and rigid-stay belts to full immobilisers, covering the wrist, elbow, knee, lower back, abdomen, neck and shoulder.
Manufacturing
Production is in-house at our Rajkot facility: knitting and cutting, sewing and binding, lining, closure assembly, inspection and retail packing. Keeping the whole sequence in one place is what lets us hold a consistent fit across a size run and correct a pattern quickly when a dealer tells us something is not fitting the way it should.
The facility operates under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. Finished goods carry an inspection mark before packing.
What we pay attention to
Orthopaedic supports fail in predictable ways. Sleeves slide down the limb, so ours are knitted shaped rather than straight. Single-closure wraps loosen through the day, so the wrist binders are offered with twin locks. Narrow webbing straps cut into the shoulder, so the slings are padded across the neck. Belts fold over at the waist when the wearer sits, so the abdominal and lumbar belts carry vertical stays. None of this is exotic; it is the difference between a support that is worn and one that ends up in a drawer.
Supply
We supply surgical dealers, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics and distributors across India, and we welcome export enquiries. Private-label and custom-packing enquiries are also considered.
