Tennis Elbow Support

Forearm strap with compression pad

  • TARGETED STRAP, NOT A SLEEVE - Applies focused pressure to the forearm muscle just below the elbow, which is the principle tennis-elbow straps are built on.
  • SOFT PLUSH LINING - Full-length brushed lining against the skin, so the strap can be worn over several hours without the edge digging in.
  • BUCKLE AND HOOK-AND-LOOP ADJUSTMENT - Slide buckle plus hook-and-loop closure gives fine control of tension and a wide fit range on one unit.
  • FITS EITHER ARM - Works on the left or right forearm; can also be worn at the wrist, per the manufacturer's labelling.
  • LOW PROFILE - Narrow enough to wear under a long sleeve or while gripping a racquet, bat or tool. Supplied as 1 piece.

About this product

The Mitsu Wrist and Elbow Support is a strap-type brace labelled by the manufacturer for tennis elbow. It works differently from a sleeve: instead of compressing the joint, it applies a band of pressure across the forearm muscle a short distance below the elbow, at the point where the tendon attaches.

The strap is fully lined with soft plush on the skin side and closes with a slide buckle and hook-and-loop fastening, so tension is set precisely and one unit covers a broad range of forearm sizes.

It is intended for racquet and bat sports, and for trades and hobbies involving repeated gripping, twisting or hammering - screwdriver and spanner work, painting, cooking at volume, long sessions with a mouse.

Position the pad over the muscle bulk below the elbow, not over the bony point itself, and tighten until you feel firm pressure - never to the point of numbness. Persistent elbow pain should be assessed by a doctor or physiotherapist rather than managed with a strap alone.

Manufactured by Mitsu In Corporation, an ISO 9001:2015 certified facility.
