About this product
The Mitsu Abdominal Belt is a wide elasticated binder that applies adjustable compression across the abdomen. The panel is deep enough to span from below the ribs to the hips, and four vertical stays run through the belt so it holds its shape instead of folding over at the waist when the wearer sits - the usual failure of a plain elastic binder.
The skin side is lined with soft plush across its full area, and the full-overlap hook-and-loop closure allows tension to be adjusted at any point in the day without removing the belt.
Commonly used for abdominal support after delivery or abdominal surgery, and for general support during activity.
Important. after a caesarean section or any abdominal surgery, ask your doctor when you may start using a binder and how long to wear it each day - it is not something to start on your own. This belt provides support and compression; it is not a weight-loss device and does not reduce body fat. Any listing claim to the contrary would be inaccurate.
