Sacro Lumbar Belt

Double-pull lower back support

  • DOUBLE-PULL PULLEY TENSION - Side pulls multiply the tension you apply by hand, so you can reach firm, even compression without needing a second person.
  • RIGID VERTICAL STAYS - Moulded stays run through the back panel to resist bending and slumping, rather than simply squeezing the waist.
  • PADDED LUMBAR PANEL - A cushioned pad sits over the lower back so the stays are never felt directly against the spine.
  • VENTILATED ELASTIC BODY - Open elasticated construction through the sides for airflow, which matters on a belt worn for a full working shift.
  • TWO-STAGE CLOSURE - Main hook-and-loop closure plus the outer pull straps, so the belt can be eased off and re-tensioned without fully removing it.

About this product

The Mitsu Sacro Lumbar Belt is the top support in the Mitsu back range. Its defining feature is the double-pull pulley system: the outer straps run through fixed loops, so the tension you apply by hand is multiplied at the belt. The practical result is that one person can achieve firm, symmetrical compression without help, and can re-tension it during the day without taking the belt off.

Rigid moulded stays run vertically through the back panel to resist forward bending, and a padded lumbar pad sits between those stays and the spine. The side panels are ventilated elastic, so the belt flexes with the body and allows airflow.

Typically used by people who lift, bend or stand for long periods at work, and by drivers covering long distances. The belt should sit with its lower edge at the top of the hips, not up at the waist.

Important. if you have ongoing back pain, see a doctor or physiotherapist. A support belt is an aid to activity, not a substitute for assessment, and long-term continuous use should be discussed with your clinician.
